As is shown in Figure 1B, the expression of CCNA2 mRNA is higher in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC), ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), sarcoma (SARC), skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), thymoma (THYM), and uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS, p < 0.01 in SARC, and p < 0.001 in other cancer types).
