Bevacizumab is a recombinant humanized immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor, affects vascular permeability and proliferation, and involves in the migration and survival of endothelial cells, which serves to inhibit tumor angiogenesis, growth, and metastasis, and accounts for its extensive use in various types of metastatic cancers [17–19].
