Similarly, the CSGs in LUSC were enriched in acetylcholine-gated cation-selective channel activity, acetylcholine receptor activity, and excitatory extracellular ligand-gated ion channel activity (overlapping with LUAD as well) in GO term molecular function (Figure 2(d)) and asthma, autoimmune thyroid disease, allograft rejection, type I diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis, and IBD in KEGG (Figure 2(f)).
