DNMT3A and coronary artery disorder: The miR-29 family, the most widely studied epigenetic factor, reverted aberrant methylation by targeting DNMT3A and DNMT3B (Garzon, et al., 2009; Morita, et al., 2013; Qiu, et al., 2018; Zhang, et al., 2018b) in leukemia, in porcine early embryo development or in lung cancer cells, while the interaction between miR-29b-3p and DNMTs in CHD remains unknown.
