A more detailed presentation of results of single cases (Fig. 3b–e) showed that the thrombocyte or myeloid blast cell-associated markers (CD42a, CD62P, and CD133) were highly expressed on AML-sample-derived EVs (Fig. 3b), whereas T cell (CD8), thrombocyte (CD42a, CD62P) or MHC associated (HLA-DRDPDQ) markers were highly expressed on lymphoid leukemia-sample-derived EVs (Fig. 3c, d). The gene discussed is PROM1; the disease is lymphoid leukemia.
