LncSLCO1C1 promotes tumour progression and resistance to oxaliplatin therapy by enhancing cell growth and preventing DNA damage through interacting and scaffolding the SSRP1/H2A/H2B complex in nucleus and absorbing both miR‐211‐5p and miR‐204‐5p in cytoplasm to increase the expression of SSRP1. This evidence concerns the gene SSRP1 and neoplasm.
