To ensure that its activity was generally involved in cell death driven by DUX4, and not specific to a cell type, we tested inhibiting miR-3202 in an additional dox-inducible-DUX4 myogenic cell type, a rhabdomyosarcoma line, and in a non-myogenic cell type, 293 T cells [11]. Here, DUX4 is linked to rhabdomyosarcoma.
