The results show that these differentially expressed proteins are mainly enriched in lysine degradation, cell cycle, chronic myeloid leukemia, and longevity regulating pathways-multiple species, renal cell carcinoma, pathways in cancer, etc. To verify the proteomic data, we analyzed the expression of Annexin6 and Pik3r2 by western blotting and immunofluorescence. Here, PIK3R2 is linked to hereditary clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
