In KEGG analysis, we found that Hdac2 and Pik3r2 proteins are involved in many biological pathways, include chronic myeloid leukemia, longevity regulating pathway-multiple species, thyroid hormone signaling pathway, microRNAs in cancer, epstein-barr virus infection, pathways in cancer and viral carcinogenesis and human papillomavirus infection. This evidence concerns the gene HDAC2 and chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
