We constructed 11 glycosylation-related prognostic risk markers composed of PSMC1, NAGK, AREG, DDOST, ATP6V1E1, KDELR1, PLOD2, TMED10, ALG5, ARF3, and OST4 from the glycosylation-related gene set, and calculated risk scores perform well in predicting the prognosis of HNSCC patients, indicating that the prognostic risk markers composed of glycosylation-related genes can be used as predictive biomarkers for HNSCC to predict the prognosis of HNSCC. The gene discussed is NAGK; the disease is head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
