Although accurate functional studies should be performed to validate this in silico result, we suggest that upregulation of miR-320c, miR-200c-3p, and miR-449c-5p is potentially involved in dysregulation of the EGFR signaling pathway and Hippo modulators in COPD; therefore, targeting these miRNAs could be used as novel therapeutic approach for treating this respiratory disease. Here, EGFR is linked to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
