TNF and rheumatoid arthritis: In Figure 2, The functional enrichment analysis of DEGs associated with resistance to an anti-TNF agent in the top five pathways, including ‘Rheumatoid arthritis’, ‘IL-17 signaling pathway’, ‘Cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction’, ‘Focal adhesion’, and ‘Osteoclast differentiation’, demonstrates that majority of the genes associated with therapy resistance were predominantly down-regulated (Figure 2).
