SEMA3A and cancer: Members of Semaphorins have been found to regulate the cells motility during the development of nervous (Sema3A, 3F, 4D, 6C, 7A), immune (Sema4D), reproductive (Sema3), cancer (Sema3A, 4D) and vascular systems (Sema3A, 3E, 4D; Gherardi et al., 2004; Gu et al., 2005; Sakurai et al., 2012; Acker et al., 2018; Elder et al., 2018; Ferreira et al., 2018).
