CD8A and neoplasm: Compared with the high-risk group, the low-risk subgroup generally had higher levels of infiltration of immune cells, which included aDCs, B cells, CD8+ T cells, DCs, iDCs, macrophages, mast cells, neutrophils, natural killer (NK) cells, T helper (Th) cells, tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), and regulatory T (Treg) cells in TCGA cohort (Figure 6A).
