CD8A and influenza: In subjects belonging to the lowest quartile of the CD8+ response at baseline (most likely the ones with the lowest probability of recent exposure to influenza preceding vaccination), the median percentage of NP-specific CD8+ T-cells expressing IFNγ increased significantly (from 0.03% on Day 1 to 0.06% on Day 8; p=0.020) in the OVX836 180μg group only (Supplementary Figure 7B).
