The results in Figures 4(b), 4(c), and 4(d) suggested that compared with group A, the numbers of positive immunofluorescence cells in Teff cells (CD3 and CD8), Treg cells (CD4 and FOXP3), and neutrophils (CD68 and CD163) creased dramatically in group B patients in ESCC tissues (P < 0.01). Here, CD8A is linked to esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
