The results in Figures 4(b), 4(c), and 4(d) suggested that compared with group A, the numbers of positive immunofluorescence cells in Teff cells (CD3 and CD8), Treg cells (CD4 and FOXP3), and neutrophils (CD68 and CD163) creased dramatically in group B patients in ESCC tissues (P < 0.01). The gene discussed is FOXP3; the disease is esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
