The Kaplan-Meier curve and log rank test analyses revealed that elevated mRNA levels of SDHA, IDH3A, and ANXA11 were individually associated with poor overall survival (OS) of AML patients (P < 0.05), while the three-gene signature consisting of all three genes (SDHA, IDH3A, and ANXA11) provided the highest predication power for OS of leukemia patients (P = 9.8E − 06) (Figure 4(a)). This evidence concerns the gene IDH3A and acute myeloid leukemia.
