The results shows the enriched pathways, primarily including immune system diseases (Legionellosis, Amoebiasis, and TB), immune-related pathways [IL-17 signaling pathways, C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway, nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kappa B) signaling pathway, and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) signaling pathway], and transcriptional misregulation in cancer.
