A wide range of DRs was found across the histotypes analysed: 20.8% in OC patients (32/154, 16 BRCA1 and 16 BRCA2, rising to 24.4% in HGOCs), 11.1% in BC patients (4/36, 2 BRCA1 and 2 BRCA2), 4.4% in BPC patients (6/135, BRCA2), 16.7% in PC patients (2/12, BRCA2), 4.8% in GI tumour patients (7/147, 2 BRCA1 and 5 BRCA2), and 3.2% in patients with other tumours (5/157, BRCA2) (Figure 2). The gene discussed is BRCA2; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
