Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most prevalent malignant tumor in children, and circ0000094 has been demonstrated to be a molecular sponge of miR-223-3p, which can upregulate the expression of FBW7 by limiting the expression of miR-223-3p, hence preventing ALL progression (165). This evidence concerns the gene FBXW7 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
