For T-cell lymphoma, it is reported that in 67.5% PTCL-NOS, 50% natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL), in 73.3% anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (ALCL), and in 60% AITL cases EZH2 was strongly expressed, these patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) overexpression were often accompanied by more complications and displayed lower survival rates (64). The gene discussed is EZH2; the disease is mature T-cell and NK-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
