ETS1 mRNA expression was shown to be significantly higher in cancer samples from LUAD, LUSC, BLCA, READ, CESC, DLBC, KICH, KIRC, CHOL, GBM, HNSC, COAD, BRCA, PRAD, KIRP, LIHC, TGCT, THCA, and UCEC, indicating that ETS1 may act as an oncogene in the development of a variety of cancers (Figure 2(a)).
