LINGO1 and myeloid sarcoma: Lingo1 negatively regulates OPCs differentiation and remyelination through Rho A-GTP signaling [81], and a clinical trial showed that remyelination and axonal repair were achieved in MS patients treated with an anti-Lingo1 drug (opicinumab) [82]; these results suggest that inhibition of Lingo1 can effectively promote myelin regeneration.
