While the extent and magnitude of gene expression changes were not as robust as the virulent ZIKV-MR766 infection model, we nevertheless saw significant changes in the expression of 7 of 14 genes analyzed, including Adora2 (Fig. 5B), Cacna1e (Fig. 5C), Ccl5 (Fig. 5D), Gpr84 (Fig. 5E), Nlgn1 (Fig. 5I), Pmch (Fig. 5L), and Tor3a (Fig. 5O).
