Multivariable analysis revealed that cirrhosis (HR = 1.915 (95% CI: 1.067–3.435), p = 0.029), a higher level of serum HBV DAN load (HR = 1.078 (95% CI: 1.003–1.159), p = 0.041), and AFP level (≥20 ng/mL) (HR = 1.459 (95% CI: 1.044–2.141), p = 0.028) were significantly associated with unfavorable overall survival (Table 3).
