Polymorphisms of ABCC2 have been correlated with anthracycline toxicities in other malignancies: cardiotoxicity in non-Hodgkin lymphoma (rs45511401) [26], in survivors of HSCT (rs8187710) [85] and in pediatric cancer (rs4148350) [22], febrile neutropenia in breast cancer (rs4148350) [27] and leucopenia in osteosarcoma (17222723) [86]. This evidence concerns the gene ABCC2 and breast cancer.
