ROS scavenger MitoTEMPO and CaMKII inhibitor AIP partially rescued the Ca2+ handling in BTHS iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes and Taz KO cardiomyocytes [69,71], pointing out that CaMKII inhibitor or ROS scavenger could be a potential invention for BTHS cardiomyopathy.
