ACSL4 and rheumatoid arthritis: In total, 16 lncRNAs (especially for hnRNPU, MALAT1, and NEAT1), 1 miRNA (miR-142-3p), and 15 mRNAs (especially for ACSL4, APC, CLOCK, and ROCK) were identified as being involved in the RA PBMC samples, which may imply three RA-related pathways including the mTOR pathway, the dopaminergic system, and the Wnt signaling pathway (both classic pathways and nonclassic pathways).
