On this basis, we found that in our constructed ceRNA network, three lncRNAs (hnRNPU, MALAT1, and NEAT1), one miRNA (miR-142-3p), and four mRNAs (ACSL4, APC, CLOCK, and ROCK) were directly associated with RA [32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46].
