By the Panther pathway analysis, DLK2 may positively modulate the Notch signaling pathway, integrin signaling pathway, angiogenesis, TGF-β signaling pathway, blood coagulation, Alzheimer disease-presenilin pathway, Wnt signaling pathway, heterotrimeric G-protein signaling pathway/Gs α mediated pathway, and inflammation mediated by chemokine/cytokine signaling pathway (Figure 8D), and the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle was negatively modulated by DLK2 in ccRCC. This evidence concerns the gene DLK2 and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
