PBX1 and cancer: Differentiated expression of uc.63 in cultured breast cancer cell lines described in the article by Marini et al. [27], the relationship between uc.38 and the transcription factor PBX1 [28] proved in the Chinese study, the effect of both molecules on the cell cycle observed in in vitro experiments [27,28], or the correlation between the molecules in question in less advanced cancers according to the TNM classification, which I have done, indicate, however, much more complicated functions of transcribed ultra-conservative regions.
