The most common is type-2, involving eosinophilic infiltration and production of IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13, but also type-1 (characterized by IFN-γ, TNFα) and type-3 (characterized by IL-17 and IL-22) were described in CRS patients [5,6,7,8].
