Western blot analysis and immunofluorescence staining showed that elevated expressions of p-tau (Figure 12A,B and Figure 13), RhoA (Figure 12C,D; Supplementary Figure S3), AGT (Figure 12E,F; Supplementary Figure S4) and STAT3 (Figure 12G,H; Supplementary Figure S5) in AD rats were downregulated by treatment with C16 plus Ang-1. This evidence concerns the gene STAT3 and Alzheimer disease.
