Moderate correlations were observed between levels of FoxP3+ Tregs and CD4+CTLA-4+ T cells in PBMCs and NILs (r = 0.469, p = 0.04; r = 0.470, p = 0.049, respectively) (Figure 1E), while a strong positive correlation was found between levels of FoxP3+ Tregs and CD4+CTLA-4+ T cells (r = 0.811, p < 0.0001) in tumor tissues (Figure 1E).
