In this cohort of high-risk prostate cancer candidates for surgery, MRI-ADC and [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET, yielded similar sensitivities (71.5% and 72.3%, respectively) and specificities of 99.5% and 90.5%, respectively, in detecting prostate cancer foci.
