Lastly, regarding genes with proven prognosis involvement, such as NOTCH1, BIRC3, MYD88, or SF3B1, even though they are not yet established in the current practical guidelines, in the coming years, they might be included as useful tools for the follow-up management of CLL patients, perhaps through a closer follow-up for patients with poor prognostic mutations [5,6,7,8,9,10].
