Unravelled correlations suggest that in PsA, systemic inflammation is driven by TNF, IL-17, and IL-21 (but not through IL-6) and mediated by expressions of miR-26a-2-3p, miR-92b-3p, miR-10b-5p, and miR-223-5p, which was not observed in AS and RA. Here, IL6 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
