Integrated analysis of molecular key hallmarks in glioma (IDH, TERT, MGMT methylation, and LOH 1p/19q) and EGFR amplification showed that EGFR amplification is a phenomenon that can be predominantly found in IDH wildtype (Figure 3a–d) and TERT mutated (Figure 3e–h) gliomas, as well in gliomas without LOH 1p/19q (Figure 3m–p). The gene discussed is IDH1; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
