CEACAM5 and neoplasm: The CTCs, blood count, LDH, serum calcium, liver enzymes (alanine aminotransferase-ALAT and aspartate aminotransferase-ASAT), gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT), bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and tumor markers as carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and CA 15-3 and Cyfra 21-1 were analyzed at baseline, before cycles 2, 3, and 4 of treatment and when the disease progressed in 265 MBC patients, of which 54 had the TNBC subtype.
