The combination of tamoxifen and pharmacological KDM1 inhibitors, such as pargyline and NCL1 [N-((1S)-3-(3-(trans-2-aminocyclopropyl) phenoxy)-1-(benzylcarbamoyl) propyl) benzamide] is reported to significantly decrease breast cancer proliferation and tumor size [225].
