As shown in Figure 4A, the silencing of c-Myc reduced MM and PEL cell survival and also upregulated p-EIF2α, CHOP and γH2AX while downregulating XBP1s, BRCA1 and RAD51 (Figure 4B), thus reproducing the effects induced by c-Myc pharmacological inhibition.
