Bivariate parametric correlation analysis showed that the serum PON1 activity correlated negatively with miR-486, miR-92a, and miR-122.The logistic regression model including miR-92a and miR-486 serum levels with adjustment for age, gender, serum lipids and apolipoproteins levels and PON1 activity as covariates resulted in a significant designation of vulnerable coronary artery disease patients with an accuracy of 84%. Here, PON1 is linked to coronary artery disorder.
