The data showed that the area under the ROC curve (AUC) of KEAP1 was larger than 0.7 in patients with invasive breast carcinoma (BRCA), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung cancer, prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), or thyroid carcinoma (THCA). This evidence concerns the gene KEAP1 and lung cancer.
