The data showed that the area under the ROC curve (AUC) of KEAP1 was larger than 0.7 in patients with invasive breast carcinoma (BRCA), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung cancer, prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), or thyroid carcinoma (THCA). Here, KEAP1 is linked to rectum adenocarcinoma.
