AKT1 and hepatitis B virus infection: KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that the key signaling pathways were mainly involved in lipid and atherosclerosis, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, chemical carcinogenesis receptor activation, hepatitis B, human cytomegalovirus infection, and the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway (Supplementary Table S9; Figures 3C,D), with the latter significantly associated with fibrotic diseases (Zhao et al., 2015; Tsoyi et al., 2018; Wei et al., 2018; Liu et al., 2021a).
