Figure 5 shows that compared to the siRNA NC group, considerably less invaded cells were observed in U251 cells or U87 cells transfected with siRNA-USP25 (P < 0.05). Compared to the OE NC group, invaded cell numbers dramatically declined in pcDNA3.1-USP25 transfected glioma cells (P < 0.05), revealing that glioma cell invasion ability was greatly facilitated by USP25.
