CEACAM5 and familial pancreatic carcinoma: During neoadjuvant therapy in patient CAS-DAC-38, although the level of the pancreatic cancer cell marker cancer antigen (CA) 19-9 was persistently above the upper limit of detection (>1200 U/mL), the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and CA 72-4 notably declined during combination chemotherapy with gemcitabine and paclitaxel (Supplementary Fig. 9b).
