KMT5A and neoplasm: Moreover, we detected KMT5A, SNIP1K301me1, and MARK4 expression in normal breast specimens and tumor tissues, and these protein levels were significantly upregulated in tumor tissues (Fig. 8d); simultaneously, we also detected KMT5A and SNIP1K301me1 expression in the tissues of different tumor stage, and found that the expression of KMT5A and SNIP1K301me1 were closely related to the progress of TNBC (Fig. 8e).
