The histopathologic and immunohistochemical features of the ulcers of the pharynx and the lower lip showed the characteristic pattern of an EBV-MCU with a B-cell polymorphous infiltrate, including HRS-like cells and an expression for CD20 and CD30, and also showed areas consistent with simultaneous CLL/SLL infiltration. Here, TNFRSF8 is linked to B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
