From these studies, Wang et al. [30] showed that CDKN3 was upregulated in esophageal cancer and considered as a prognostic marker of the disease using bioinformatic analysis which showed the association between CDKN3 and the cell cycle stage transition, DNA replication, and DNA repair system, Further, Yang et al. [31] showed that CDKN3 was upregulated in colorectal cancer. This evidence concerns the gene CDKN3 and colorectal cancer.
