The expression level of the 11 core genes among cancerous as well as normal lung tissues was assessed via GEPIA, showing that in comparison to normal lung tissue, ANLN, CCNA2, CDCA7, DEPDC1, DLGAP5, EXO1, HMMR, KIAA0101, RRM2, TOP2A, and UBE2T were indeed highly expressed in both adenocarcinoma and squamous cell cancerous tissue (Figures 3(a)–3(k)). This evidence concerns the gene TOP2A and adenocarcinoma.
