ACKR3 and colorectal carcinoma: To explore the potential link between CXCR7 expression and patient prognosis, we used GEPIA and found that high expression of CXCR7 was significantly associated with poor overall survival of gastrointestinal cancer patients (Logrank p < 0.05) but not associated with overall survival in CRC patients alone (Fig. 1G, H), probably due to different sample size or the variation of CXCR7 expression between transcriptional and translational levels.
