GO analysis by GSEA showed that there was high enrichment of pathways in the high‐risk group such as “activation of immune response,” “immune response regulating signaling pathway,” “leukocyte migration,” “regulation of lymphocyte activation,” and “T‐cell activation.” Moreover, KEGG results showed that “chemokine signaling pathway”, “cytokine‐cytokine receptor interaction”, “p53 signaling pathway”, “primary immunodeficiency”, and “Toll‐like receptor signaling pathway” were enriched in the high‐risk group. Here, TP53 is linked to inborn error of immunity.
